Register to be a Vendor at CT Veg Fest. Bringing plant-based joy to Connecticut and beyond. Join us for delicious food, inspiring speakers, music, and a greener, kinder world. Annual Vegan Vegfest to be held in Hartford at the Parkville Market on Saturday, May 24, 2025.
Part 2
Pay Vendor Fees
Please use this section to pay your vendor fee after completing registration. If you already followed the link and submitted payment during Part 1, then ignore this section and jump to Part 3.
Please include the $60 electricity fee with your fee payment if you would like a power source on the day of the event.

** A few important notes regarding your vendor fee:
- It is non-refundable. If you pay the vendor fee, but are unable to attend the event for any reason regardless of how much lead-time is provided, you will not receive a refund.
- Your vendor space is non-transferable. If you’ve paid your fee and are unable to attend the event, you cannot grant your space to another vendor.
- Your vendor fee is for your business only therefore tables cannot be shared with other vendors. Please do not bring other vendors to our event to share a table with you.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled and your fee will be applied towards a vendor space for the event’s rescheduled date. You will not receive a refund.
